Dear Mr. Culler:

Thank you very much for you letters addressed to me and to Mr. Vogelsanger as well as for the manuscript of your book which makes fascinating reading for somebody who grew up in Switzerland during the war years.

Please find enclosed a letter addressed to you by the President of Switzerland and Minister of Defense. Mr. Villiger has taken a personal interest in your case and is, as you will see, ready to receive you should you come to Switzerland.

I hope that this letter will contribute towards your coming to terms with the painful experience you went through at the Wauwilermoos internment camp.

I will leave myself the United States for Switzerland this afternoon, out look forward to hearing from you after my return at the end of April. In the meantime, Mr. Vogelsanger is always ready to keep the contact with you.

I wish you and your family all the best for the coming Easter season.

      Sincerely,

      Carlo Jagmetti
